SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-message program operated by QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC (d/b/a CallerSync) and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program name and brand

Program: CallerSync Service Notifications. Brand: QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC. Registered with mobile carriers under the A2P 10DLC framework.

2. Message types

We send only transactional and service-related messages. Examples:

  • Phone-number verification codes when you submit a service request.
  • Confirmation that your request has been received.
  • Notification when a contractor is calling you.
  • Account-related messages (password reset, billing receipts) for contractor users.

We do not send marketing messages. If we ever introduce marketing messaging, it will require a separate, explicit opt-in — never combined with the consent captured at lead submission.

3. How you opt in

You opt in to the CallerSync SMS program by submitting a service request through the web form at hirecontractorstexas.com (or another CallerSync property), or by creating a contractor account at callersync.com. The disclosure displayed at the time of submission is the consent text on file. We retain a snapshot of the exact disclosure version, your IP address, user agent, page URL, and timestamp, signed with an HMAC for tamper-evidence.

4. How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message and we will immediately:

  • revoke every active consent record for your number,
  • add your number to our internal suppression list,
  • send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed,
  • stop sending you all CallerSync messages, transactional or otherwise.

Re-opt-in requires submitting a new service request. Replying START alone does not reactivate a revoked record.

5. HELP

Reply HELP (or INFO) at any time and we will respond with our support contact and opt-out instructions. You can also reach us at support@callersync.com.

6. Frequency

Message frequency depends on your activity. A typical service request triggers 1–3 messages over 24 hours; account-related messages are infrequent.

7. Carrier disclaimers

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is not guaranteed; carriers and CallerSync are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on most US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others). Service may not be available on all devices.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or owner of the phone number you submit. By submitting your number, you confirm that you are.

9. Privacy

Messages, opt-ins, opt-outs, and delivery metadata are processed under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third-party advertisers; matched contractors receive only the lead information required to fulfill your service request.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be reflected in a new version on this page and, where applicable, communicated by message or email.
