Do-Not-Call Policy
CallerSync (operated by QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC) honors federal and state Do-Not-Call protections in addition to our own internal suppression list. This page explains how we comply and how you can opt your number out of all CallerSync calls and SMS.
1. Multi-layer DNC scrubbing
Before any call or SMS is placed, our compliance gate checks the recipient against:
- Our internal suppression list (built from STOP replies and consumer opt-outs).
- The federal Do-Not-Call registry (refreshed daily for subscribed area codes).
- The relevant state DNC list (e.g., Texas No-Call list, refreshed quarterly).
A match in any list blocks the attempt and is recorded in our compliance log. If the federal or state cache is stale beyond its freshness window, the gate fails closed in production — outbound contact is denied, not allowed by default.
2. Reply STOP
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any CallerSync SMS and we will immediately revoke every active consent for the number, add it to a permanent suppression list, and confirm with a single reply. No further messages will be sent.
3. Web opt-out form
If you would prefer to opt out without sending an SMS, submit your phone number below. We add it to our suppression list and revoke any consent we hold for that number.
4. Federal and state registries
You can also register your number on the federal National Do Not Call Registry and on your state's registry where applicable (Texas residents: texasnocall.com). Once your number appears on those registries, our daily/quarterly imports pick it up automatically.
