California (CCPA / CPRA)
- Right to Know — what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Right to Access — receive a copy of personal information collected in the prior 12 months (or longer on request).
- Right to Delete — subject to legal exceptions (billing, fraud, compliance).
- Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.

Other US states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and Delaware have comparable rights of access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising under their state privacy laws.
Texas — SB 140 calling protections
Texas residents are also protected by the 2025 amendments to the Texas Business & Commerce Code §305 (commonly called SB 140). Calls and SMS to Texas numbers are placed only Monday–Saturday 09:00–21:00 and Sunday 12:00–21:00 local time, and only after a multi-layer DNC scrub. How to submit a request
Email privacy@callersync.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and include the request type (Access, Delete, Correct, Opt-Out, Limit Sensitive Use). We verify your identity (we may request enough information to match you to an account) and respond within 45 days. Authorized agents may submit requests with written permission.
Honoring Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a Do-Not-Sell-or-Share opt-out under the California CPRA, even though we do not currently sell or share information for cross-context advertising.
